I’m sorry that your first experience was like this. I don’t wish that for anyone.

I was blamed by her doctor that infection definitely came from unhygienic tools that I used, which I find not fair since the doctor had never been here and never saw how I’m working. Tools are disinfected before every client and infection can be caused by many reasons: lashes are not cleaned properly, make up leftovers, dirty fingers, dirty lashes brush, contact lenses and ect.
I was also accused of natural lashes lost after self made home removal. I offered to remove lashes manually to avoid more irritation. Your picture is a prove that the lashes were fine before that.
Everyone does mistakes including me. If that happens I always inform the client, offer refund or redo the treatment.
I have never had an accusation of infection or damage lashes. Money were not refunded because I am confident about the service I provided.

I hope you will never have experience like this again.
