Despite having prepaid for the service, there were continued rescheduling and no effort to reply back or reach out to the customer for their next dates. Rather I had to double text and double email them to ask for the next availability. Disappointing.

We are truly sorry to disappoint you — that is never our intention. We always try to keep our service personal, warm, and honest with every client.

At the moment we are still a small two-person business and unfortunately don’t have a receptionist yet. Vigilija is the one doing the treatments, informing about cancellations, answering calls, messages and emails — and she was also the one who got sick. When sickness happens it becomes very hard to predict when she will be fully back and how the agenda will look in the coming days.

Because the cancellation came from our side, we had to contact many clients at once — around 10–20 people per day — together with a large number of calls and messages. Your appointment was cancelled on January 11 and rescheduled to January 13.

We truly hope for your understanding and we always try to answer everyone as soon as possible. 🤍
